Like custom created art,  replacements are given only when items are damaged or delayed by shipping - otherwise your order is in fact a commissioned piece of edible art, which the artist, Cake Muse will take careful consideration in creating, properly freezing and packaging your special piece!

If there are any issues that arise outside the scope of shipping damages, please contact Cake Muse immediately to resolve the issue as best as possible. Cake Muses core value is to honor each clients needs and strives for customer satisfaction. 

Each Cake Muse creation is frozen immediately upon creation, packaged carefully in parchment, food service wrap and cake box surrounded by insulated material to ensure safety of the product.

Frozen cheesecakes can be stored frozen for up to a month, thaw product 1 hour before serving.
